At Bharatle, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your BharatLe account.
  • Go to "My Orders" and select the order you want to return.
  • Click on "Request Return" and provide a reason for the return.
  • Follow the instructions to process the return and receive your return label.

2. Is the return shipping free?

Yes, Bharatle offers free return shipping on all eligible products.

3. How long do I have before making a return?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that shipping fees (if any) and certain non-refundable items may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, our customer support team will inform you during the return process.

5. Refund timeline

After the return is received and inspected:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days after receiving your bank details.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

6. Important Notice

  • Non-returnable items: Certain products like personalized items, intimate wear, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns. Please check the product details page for specific return eligibility.
  • Damage claims: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with pictures of the damaged item.
  • Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
